Modine (MOD) is a thermal management company known for radiators and commercial HVAC solutions. But it has transitioned into an important supplier of data center cooling solutions as cooling of AI data centers is becoming ever more critical. This is not just because of the rapid build-out, but because every new generation of chips produces vastly more heat.
